Arg, Kabul - H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic
Republic of Afghanistan, strongly condemned the terrorist attack
in Dahab, the Egyptian resort town, killing at least 23 people
and wounding 62.
In his reaction to the news the President “This
attack is a barbaric act of terrorism and I condemn it in the
strongest terms. This attack reminds us that the fight against
terrorism is a top international priority and the international
community must fight this menace with a coordinated and integrated
approach.”
The President, on behalf of the people of Afghanistan,
expressed his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families
of the victims and to the people and Government Egypt.
