President Karzai Will Leave for Pakistan

Arg, Kabul - H.E. Hamid Karzai, President
of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, will leave for Pakistan
on a state visit to express his sympathies and condolences to
the victims of the recent earthquake.
During this visit, the President will hold meetings
with H.E. Pervez Musharaf, President of the Islamic Republic
of Pakistan, H.E. Shaukat Aziz, Prime Minister of the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan, and other Pakistani authorities to discuss
the ongoing international rescue and relief operations in the
affected areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan’s assistance
to the victims of the earthquake.
