President Karzai Expresses His Deep Regret at the Death of Innocent Civilians
Arg, Kabul – H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, expressed his deep regret at the unfortunate death of two innocent civilians and wounding of another caused by a bomb blast in the province of Herat.
In his reaction to the news the President said “This heinous act of terrorism is against humanity and all principles of Islam and I condemned it in the strongest terms. The enemies of Afghanistan kill those devout Muslims who are fasting during the month of Ramadan.”
The President expressed his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the full and speedy recovery of the injured.
