Ms. Grace S. Manalo
Visa Officer/Assistant to the Consular/Consul
Ms. Manalo has served as Visa Officer to the Embassy
of Afghanistan since May 2004. She facilitates official correspondence
and Consular Section functions.
Prior to her service at the Embassy, Ms.
Manalo had 15 years of experience in project management, systems
analysis and design, programming, and administration. Ms. Manalo
has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from
Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines and a Masters
degree in Business Administration from De la Salle University
in Manila, Philippines.
